Printmatic

Printmatic is a Doncaster-based direct-to-film printing service shipping custom transfers across the UK. We built the e-commerce platform that takes a customer from “I have a design” to a printed, packed order — without the team needing to chase files, sizes, or payment over email.

What we built

• A configurable order page: drag-and-drop file upload (PNG, JPG, TIFF, PDF up to 50MB), live size selector (A5–A2 plus 55×50 and 55×100), and a quantity stepper that updates the order summary in real time.
• A cart and checkout flow with Stripe payments, tracked-shipping logic (free over £100), and rush-service handling for urgent orders.
• A category-tabbed FAQ — general, printing, orders, shipping — with a searchable index so support load stays low as the catalogue grows.
• A homepage carousel that does the brand work (vibrant DTF samples on apparel) without slowing down the path to the upload screen.
